A. Marshall Hospitality Announces the Closure of Puckett’s Restaurant in Hendersonville and Cullman

Southern restaurant and live music venue to close two locations this month

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sept. 14, 2026

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee-based hospitality group A. Marshall Hospitality (AMH) has announced the closure of two Puckett’s locations in response to the current challenging economic environment. Puckett’s Hendersonville and Puckett’s Cullman will close on Sept. 18, 2026.

“We want to thank the Hendersonville and Cullman communities, particularly our incredible staff and guests, for their support over the last few years,” said Claire Crowell, CEO of A. Marshall Hospitality. “Every family meal, night of live music or conversation shared with a cup of coffee contributed to our meaningful time in these communities. We hope to see those familiar faces at one of our other Tennessee locations in the future.”

The closures are a result of economic pressures and a strategic look at how to best position the brand for long-term success. Known for its Southern hospitality, authentic comfort food, live music performances and community engagement, Puckett’s remains strong in its six other Tennessee locations.

Crowell added, “With these closures, we will be focusing on strengthening our operations and committing to the neighborhoods where we have the most longstanding relationships. As a family business, we are always aware of how our decisions made today impact the next generation, and we take that responsibility seriously. While growth may not be our current focus, we are always looking ahead and making thoughtful decisions so that Puckett’s will have a strong and sustainable future.”

The hospitality group is working directly with the employees impacted by the closures to offer alternative opportunities and support them during this transition. Catering and events coordinated with the Puckett’s Hendersonville team will be honored or accommodated by utilizing the resources from the other Middle Tennessee Puckett’s locations. Gift cards are accepted at all AMH restaurants and do not expire.

Guests can visit Puckett’s Restaurant at one of their six locations, including Chattanooga, Columbia, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Nashville or Pigeon Forge.
